A fast, engaging survey

Staff complete a simple DISC personality survey to identify their dominant behavioural style, including their communication preferences, strengths, motivators, and potential development areas. This gives each individual greater insight into how they operate at work, including how they approach teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and working under pressure.

Building self-awareness

Unlike career-focused tools, this program is centred on self-awareness in the workplace, helping staff better understand how they naturally communicate, collaborate, and respond in different situations. The goal is to create stronger team dynamics, improve communication, and build a more connected workplace culture.

Interactive session

Following the survey, staff participate in a facilitated online group session led by Populi's accredited DISC practitioner, James Weait, where the different DISC personality styles are explored in a practical and engaging way.
